Arcádio Minczuk has been principal oboe of Osesp since 1981. He undertook postgraduate studies at the Oberlin Conservatory, and holds a Master’s degree from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and a PhD from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
He has worked as a teacher at the music festivals of Londrina and Itu, and was pedagogical director of the Campos do Jordão Winter Festival from 1998 to 2008, where he still serves as a tutor and collaborator. Minczuk is on the faculty of the Instituto de Artes at UNESP and teaches at the Osesp Music Academy.
