Tarik O’Regan has had his music commissioned, performed or recorded by a wide variety of ensembles and organizations in addition to Chamber Choir Ireland and the Irish Chamber Orchestra; these include the Houston Grand Opera, Dutch National Ballet, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Australian Chamber Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, Sydney Dance Company, BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall, and the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.

Now based in San Francisco, O’Regan holds the position of Visiting Artist at Stanford University and continues in his roles as artistic advisor and composer-in-residence to Pacific Chorale. Recently, he was elected to an Honorary Fellowship of Pembroke College, Oxford, and to the board of Yaddo, an artists’ community in Saratoga Springs, New York.
